Swedish by birth, Filip is one of the first CrossFit Coaches in Europe with more than 25 years’ experience in fitness and over 10 years’ experience in CrossFit. Filip also has a degree in Physiotherapy.
Carlos FernadezCrossFit Coach, Personal Trainer and Athlete
Born in Venezuela where he open and managed his own CrossFit box, Carlos has over 8 years’ experience teaching CrossFit. Carlos other passion is Weightlifting.
