In this calendar, you can view the schedule and the types of sessions we offer from Monday to Sunday.

WOD —> Technique and strength practice and WOD(s). All exercises are adaptable to each individual.

CONDITIONING —> Class to improve your cardiovascular resistance, includes running, rowing, jumping and exercises with own body, and always without a bar.

OPEN BOX —> Free training/without the supervision of a Coach.

CORE —> Class focused on improving control, strength, balance and flexibility.

GOLD —> Class adapted for people over 65 years old, or those who want to practice CrossFit at a basic level and with little intensity. This class is also very well oriented for those who are recovering from an injury and want to gradually return to the regular routine of CrossFit classes.

KIDS —> CrossFit class for the young athletes.
